1. About the service

ChennaiDeals.in lets members share, find and vote on deals. We do not sell, ship or guarantee any product. Deals are posted by community members and by automated tools, and we are not the seller.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian.
• Give true information, keep your password safe and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, with or without warning.

3. What you post

• You keep ownership of what you post, but you give us a free, worldwide licence to display, copy, resize and promote it on and around ChennaiDeals.in.
• You promise that you have the right to post it (including pictures) and that it follows the law and our Guidelines.
• We may check, hide, edit, move or delete any deal, comment or picture at any time, and we may use automated tools to do so.

4. What is not allowed

No adult, nude or sexually suggestive material; no violence, hate or illegal items; no scams, fake or misleading deals; no spam, personal contact promotions or vote manipulation; no copyright or trademark infringement; no hacking or scraping that harms the site. Breaking these rules can lead to an immediate and permanent ban, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Deals, prices and third parties

Prices, stock and offers change quickly and are controlled by the seller. We do not promise that any deal is accurate, available or genuine. Always check the seller, the final price and the return policy before paying. Any purchase is a contract between you and the seller, and we are not responsible for orders, payments, delivery, refunds, warranties or disputes. Links may take you to websites we do not control, and some may be affiliate links.

6. No warranty and limit of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, ChennaiDeals.in and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage from using the site or from relying on a deal, including lost money, lost profit or data. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

7. Our rights

The ChennaiDeals.in name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them without permission.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using the site and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or change the service, or any account, at any time.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you a right to go elsewhere.

10. Changes and contact
